**Overview**  
At Storm Surge Supply LLC, we’re committed to supporting linemen and frontline crews with the gear they need—no excuses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a **7-day return window** from the date you receive your item.

**Eligibility for Returns**  
To qualify for a return:
- Submit your request within **7 calendar days** of receiving your order.  
- The item must be **unworn, unused, unwashed**, with **tags attached**, and in **original packaging**.  
- A **receipt or proof of purchase** is required.  
- The **customer is responsible for return shipping** unless the item was **defective, damaged, or incorrect**.

We do **not charge restocking fees**.

**How to Start a Return**  
1. Email us at **Returns@StormSurgeSupplyCo.com** or call **(434) 609-2507** (M–F, 9 AM – 5 PM EST).  
2. If approved, we will send a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)** and instructions.

**Important:** Returns sent without approval will be rejected.

**Return Shipping Costs**  
- **Defective/damaged items:** Prepaid return label provided.  
- **Non-defective items:** Customer pays for return shipping.

**Non-Returnable Items**  
We do **not accept returns** for:
- Custom or personalized items  
- Perishable goods  
- Personal care items  
- Hazardous materials  
- Digital downloads  
- Final sale items  
- Gift cards

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**  
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within **7 days** of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a refund—fast.

**Exchanges**  
We do not accept exchanges for non-defective items.  
If you need a different item:
1. Return the item.  
2. Place a new order.  

We will exchange defective items for the **same product** free of charge.

**Refunds**  
Once your return is inspected:
- If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your **original payment method** within **10 business days**.  
- If you don’t see your refund after **15 business days**, contact us.
